This class is a beautiful introduction to finding natural movement so that their inner joy can be expressed.
◘ Start on the floor learning basic fundamental movements ◘ Advance to standing learning basic ballet positions ◘ Travel across the floor incorporating basic ballet vocabulary ◘ Most importantly allowing the student to discover their own movement through improvisation
