We’ll be focusing on building the foundation of dance skills, so you’ll develop a solid technique and explore creative movement with basic ballet terminology.

You’ll also learn to be mindful of your body’s alignment, space, time, and energy in all the combinations. The skills we’ll teach you will help you use your dance knowledge in any dance form or style you choose.

We’ll also emphasize classroom etiquette, so you’ll know how to behave and conduct yourself in any classroom setting. Above all, we want to make sure you have a blast while learning and creating with your imagination. You’ll feel like a whole being with creative ability to move soundly and confidently in your own body.

Dance attire is encouraged so that Miss Tina can observe your body alignment, ensuring your safety and maintaining proper form. Please secure your hair out of your eyes and face. Your comfort is paramount, so please wear clothing that makes you feel at ease. We will also work in bare feet.
