Miss Tina
Artistic Director Tina Clark started the company in Savannah, Georgia, with only five members in 1994. Pregnant with a second child, she explored many unusual performance venues like the Roundhouse in Savannah, Georgia, with live musicians, adventurous dancers climbing in and out of old railroad cars, performing on funky rock band stages, contrasted with the 1994 Olympic opening ceremonies. Over time, Miss Tina wrangled together a multi-generational dance company, ages 3 to 93.
Her travels and education around the world include BFA NYU Tisch School of the Arts, Amy Rosen Dancers NYC, MFA University of Hawaii, American Dance Festival Special Performances Award, (Denton, TX), City of Savannah dance grant, owner of The Dance Loft (Savanna GA), Santa Fe New Mexico Artist in Residency Instructor, Ashland Schools Foundation Artist in Residence, and Owner and Director of The Community Dance School (Ashland, OR) has all help develop our company in Ashland, Oregon~~Company & Clark Dancers.

Miss Tina has directed her attention and energy into cultivating young dancers in a semi professional environment, where they can experience how professional dancers learn choreography, work on a theatrical stage, and retain knowledge of how their body works in relationship to them selves and other dancers.
